👐DOGA Community Councils

At DOGAMÍ, we’re committed to ramping up community involvement in key decisions as we work towards setting up an official DAO.

To ensure we gather the best insights, we’ve divided our council into two distinct groups, each focused on providing valuable feedback based on their expertise: one dedicated to the game’s development, the Game Council, and another for strategic decisions (Strategic Council) like $DOGA, Tokenomics, and marketing. This structure allows us to tap into the strengths of each group while keeping the community more closely involved in shaping our future.

🎮 Game Council

The Game Council is focused on all things related to the development and release of DOGAMÍ Academy.

This council allows members to share feedback, participate in game testing, discuss release timelines, and help ideate on special VIP events. This small group of 7 council members enables us to have more focused discussions and ensure the game development process benefits from direct community input.

🧠 Strategic Council

The Strategic Council was inspired by our previous DOGA Council. It's goal will focus on broader, long-term decisions around $DOGA, Tokenomics, marketing strategies, and collaborations with KOLs.

This group composed of around 40 people includes current Game Councillors, $DOGA whales, and the most engaged community members, providing input on critical decisions.

It’s a forum where ideas and feedback on strategy will be valued and acted upon wherever possible.

We understand the community’s desire to be involved in key decisions, and while a DAO is in the works, these councils are our next step in ensuring as many people as possible remain at the heart of DOGAMÍ’s journey.

🗝️ Legacy DOGA Council

Our previous DOGA Council was made up of 22 Councilors (each one with a 6-month mandate that represented a certain part of the community $DOGA holders, whales etc).

These Councilors were selected through a voting process after submitting applications. Their primary role was to discuss community feedback, propose new ideas to engage Dogamers, vote on key decisions, and help scale DOGAMÍ initiatives:

• Reduction in $DOGA Rewards from July 2023 - Approved ✅

• New Unlock Schedule For Staking Rewards Pool - Approved ✅
