🔧$DOGA Utility

$DOGA is the utility and governance token of the DOGAMÍ ecosystem used for rewards, shopping, staking and franchise governance. It powers the creation of a sustainable and dynamic community economy surrounding this revolutionary entertainment franchise.

$DOGA is as scarce and useful resource, limited to a supply of 1,000,000,000 (1 Billion). It uses the Tezos FA1.2 token on Tezos and the ERC20 (OpenZeppelin standard) on Polygon PoS and has several purposes (present and future utility below):

A Rewards Token: Become a superfan by holding $DOGA tokens & DOGAMÍ NFTs and earn $DOGA rewards via tournaments and special events.
Shopping: Use $DOGA in the shop to get premium member prices, discounts, limited offers, in-game currency, exclusive NFTS and soon to pay for Cosmetics and Spirit-Fusion related fees.
Staking: By staking your $DOGA you receive promotional rewards and accumulate more $DOGA. The rewards are sourced from a pre-defined, limited reward pools (see the ‘Allocation & Unlock Schedule’ section). These staking rewards do not and will not represent the distribution of dividends of the DOGAMÍ Project, but are merely promotional in nature. The DOGAMÍ Project retains the right to control the distribution in accordance with user numbers, project progress, and promotional activity.
Govern the Franchise (coming soon): Contribute to the creation and development of the franchise by participating in DAO proposal votes, and receive rewards in return. Our governance system will allow any $DOGA token holder to create a proposal & community members can vote. Voting is based on $DOGA token holdings. Furthermore, $DOGA holders will be able to make proposals to make modifications to the DOGAMÍ ecosystem rules & fees.

A few other currencies exist in-game to create a rich gaming experience. Let's have a look at each one to see how these fit into the ecosystem.

COSMO - The in-game reward currency for PvP games and an off-chain representation of $DOGA. Used to redeem it 1:1 against $DOGA and buy NUBIX packs.

NUBIX - The hard currency that keeps things moving fast! Used to reward non-Dogamí holders in PvP Iron events, get it in Loot boxes, use to buy STARS, Loot boxes, consumables & speed up training

STARS - The soft currency you get from PvE events and find in Loot boxes! Used for Training, to pay for PvP races, power upgrades and consumables.
