The level indicates the overall progress of a Dogamí (from 1 to 50). Dogamí get experience points (XP) within the game and progress to the next level each time the gauge is full.
The level determines the actual phase of a Dogamí, corresponding to its stage of awakening and defining accessible features (notably breeding).

The phase names are subject to change during the development of the game.
A Dogamí who reaches the maximum level becomes a Spirit and can no longer participate in the events allowing players to win $DOGA (except for some exceptional events with great rewards at stake).
